Hall of Fame
Mr. Norman was a two sport athlete during his days at Cheyney University. A defensive end on the grind ion, Norman also ran track his senior year as a member of the mile relay team that took home bronze medal at the PSAC Championships. He was a captain of the 1979 team that earned the PSAC Title, the last time that Cheyney took home a honor. Upon graduation he played professionally in the United States Football League (USFL) for the Jacksonville Bulls in 1982. He later went onto to play in the Canadian Football League.
Norman is currently a Maryland Correctional Officer a position he has held for 19 years. He recently was honored for halding a stabbing incident. Married for 22 years, Norman has a daughter that is a sophomore at Morgan State.
