Cheyney University

A 1988 Cheyney University graduate, DeVane was a four-year starter of varsity football team from 1983-86. While at Cheyney, he was also president of the senior class. A residnet of Dear, DE, he is currently the owner and operator of Joseph DeVane Enterprises in New Castle, DE. The company is ful service lawn maintenance and home improvement provider. He earned a master's degree in business administration from Penn State University. A member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, he is the proud father of two, Marquita and Sean.
