Hall of Fame
Anthony Carr was a stellar guard on the Wolves basketball squads of the mid-90s. He was a three year captain and earned four varsity letters. Over the course of his collegiate career he accumulated more than 1,000 points, 500 assists and 400 rebounds. He was a two time All-PSAC selection earning the honor after the 1995-96 season and again the following year.
Carr went on to graduate in 1998 with a BA in Therapeutic Recreation. Since graduating more than 20 years ago, Carr has continued to work in the mental health profession. He currently works for the Sankofa Charter School.
Upon graduation he worked for the Women’s Christian Alliance as a Kinship Social Worker and Therapeutic Support Staff. He has also served as a Truancy Case Manager.
He continues to give back to the game he loves as an AAU Head Coach/Life Skills Mentor with the Philly Triple Threat Foundation.
