Mr. Rackley was a two time All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference East running back. He was the only Cheyney running back to be named all conference in consecutive years from 1977-90.
Rackley graduated from Cheyney University i 1988 with a B.S. in Industrial Technology. A recipient of the Wade Wilson Scholarship, Rackley started at running back during the 1985, 1986, and 1987 season. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Managment Information Systems form St. Thomas University in Miami , Florida in 1992. Mr. Rackley went on to further his education by earning a M.A. from theSouth Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary and his TH.D. from the Tyndale Theological Seminary/Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary. Mr. Rackley is currently a Senior Academic Educator and GED Coordinator. He is also an Academic Educator for teh Miami Job Corps Center a position that he has held for the past nine years.
