Roy Brooks was a standout on the offensive line during the 1976, 1977, 1978 seson. He was honored by being named All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference in each of the aforementioned seasons. For the pasty twenty years, Mr. Brooks has served as a Corrections Activities Specialist at the Pennsylvania Staet Correctional Institution in Greensburg. The facility houses approximately 1,000 inmates and Mr. Brooks supervises and instruct varsity and intramural sports programs and leisure time recreation activities. In the arly 90's his basketball teams were a dynasty of the Stae Correction League. He also serves as a Deputy Constable for Allegheny County. After his playing days were over, Mr. Brooks continued on at Cheyney to finish his degree and assist former head footballl coach Andy Hinson in all phases of the game. As an offensive lin coach several of his players went on to earn All-Conference recognition. Mr. Brooks graduated from Cheyney University in 1982 witha B.S. in Recreation.
