The volleyball team dropped both ends of a tri-match against Goldey-Beacom and Delaware Valley College by the identical score of 3-0.

Cheyney was seeking revenge from a midweek loss to the Lightening 3-2. However, falling in straight sets 25-11, 25-15, 25-18 the Lady Wolves will have to wait to earn their first victory. Lindsay Ashby led the squad with four kills. Virshae Campbell was recorded eight digs and team mate Breanna Joseph registered 14 attacks.

Against Del Val, Ashby recorded a season high 11 kills off 26 attacks. Kennetha Wallace was credited with a career high 24 assists. Freshman Akia Harris added a season high 9 digs. Cheyney fell by scores of 25-10, 25-19 and 25-20.

The Lady Wolves begin league play on Tuesday night at 7:00 pm at East Stroudsburg.
