CHEYNEY, Pa. - Cheyney University Linebacker
Arlo Lee recorded his first career-interception, but visiting Kutztown University registered a 65-0 victory Saturday afternoon in the final PSAC East game of the season inside O'Shields-Stevenson Stadium.
Lee, who intercepted a pass midway through the fourth quarter and returned it 41 yards, added one solo and eight assisted tackles plus a 26 yard kickoff return for the Wolves (1-9, 0-7 PSAC East).
Kutztown quarterback, Chris Kane threw for five touchdowns and 311 yards to lead the Golden Bears (7-3, 5-2 PSAC East) to the victory.
Samuel Anojulu recorded ten total tackles with four solo and six assists,
Terez Franklin recorded a team-high six solo with three assisted tackles,
Esaie Batoula also totaled nine stops two solo and seven assisted and
Juwan Offing-Davis recorded three solo with five assisted tackles and added a 27-yard kickoff return.
Jowan Lewis-Kearse caught a team-high four passes,
Anwar-Nasser Mathis caught two passes for a team-high 29 yards and
Kyle Berlin made two catches for 16 yards.
The Wolves close the season with a Senior Day and Veterans Appreciation Day game vs Edinboro on Nov. 11, with the kickoff scheduled for 12:00 PM form O'Shields-Stevenson Stadium.
