Toliver joined the Wolves staff after spending 2015 as the QB coach at Delaware Valley University.Toliver began his coaching career with two years as an assistant coach at Valley Forge Military Academy. In 2014, Toliver served as passing game coordinator working with wide receivers and defensive backs.
Toliver played quarterback and wide receiver in the Indoor Football League during the 2011 campaign, after three years on the Division I AA Delaware State University football squad
Coach Toliver graduated from Delaware State in 2009 with a degree in history and a minor in political science.
