Cheyney, PA - Late rallies weren't enough for the Lady Wolves of Cheyney University against the Red Raiders of Shippensburg.  Cheyney University stayed competitive all three matches with a balanced defense led by Sabrina Hill-Williams (Bowie, MD, Charles Herbert Flowers HS) who had a team high 8 digs.  Virshae Campbell (Long Beach, CA, Silverado HS) recorded 6 digs with Kilondra Davis (Cocoa, FL, Rockledge HS) and Jamera Stanciel (Nashville, TN, Hunters Lane HS) contributing with 5 digs apiece.

Alaiya Cave (Omaha, NE, Omaha North High Magnet HS) led the offense with with 10 kills.  The Lady Wolves were undermanned against a tough Shippensburg team but still showed great resiliency.

Cheyney University is in action Saturday (11/7) when they face Millersville in Alfred Cope Hall at 1 PM.
